We hope your shirt becomes a favorite—the one you reach for on walks, coffee runs, and quiet afternoons with your dog. If the fit isn’t right, you’ve changed your mind, or something arrives differently than it should, we’re here to help.

Please tell us through our Returns & Exchanges form within 30 days of delivery. Include your name, email, and order number so we can find your purchase. We’ll get back to you within one business day and help you work out what comes next.

Something wrong with your order?

We stand behind what we send you. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please include a clear photo with your message so we can help put it right.

Need another size or changed your mind?

We’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

The Pups Pack will send you a prepaid return shipping label. There’s no return postage to pay and no restocking fee.

Your refund

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue your approved refund to your original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little longer to post it.
