Colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings. Because our products are made to order, slight variations may occur between the images displayed and the finished item.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when necessary, including when:

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.

Please confirm that your product selections, email address, and shipping address are correct before submitting your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Made-to-Order Products

Each shirt is made especially for you after your order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because we sell only new, made-to-order merchandise, we do not accept routine returns or exchanges. Our complete Quality Promise, including help for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders, is available in our Refund Policy.

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Our standard shipping charge is $4.99. Standard shipping is free when the qualifying order subtotal reaches $60.

Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by production, carrier delays, weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Our goal is for every customer to love their purchase, and we stand behind the quality of every order.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thepupspack.com. Include the order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.
