Every item is made when ordered, especially for you. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery usually takes another 2–6 business days, and we’ll email tracking when your order ships.

Standard shipping is $4.99. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.

At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping area in the future!

If your package is missing or tracking shows it was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us. We’ll review the tracking and help investigate.

Where are your products made and shipped?

The Pups Pack creates each design, and every item is printed to order, packed, and shipped directly by our professional printing and fulfillment partner.
